Ukrainian Domains has a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. Any use of our services to distribute spam is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.
📖 Definition of spam

Spam is any unsolicited, bulk electronic communication sent without the recipient's prior consent, including but not limited to: promotional emails, SMS, messages in messengers or social networks.

  • Recipient did not give explicit consent to receive messages
  • Sending to purchased, rented or harvested email lists
  • Hiding the true sender or using fake addresses
  • Absence of a working unsubscribe mechanism
  • Misleading subject line or message content
  • Mass sending without relevance to the recipient

What is strictly forbidden when using Ukrainian Domains services

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (UBE / UCE)
  • Using our servers, hosting or domains to distribute spam
  • Email spoofing — forging the sender's address
  • Phishing — creating fake pages to steal data
  • Harvesting emails from public sources without consent
  • Using spam to advertise services registered through Ukrainian Domains
  • Operating open mail relays or proxies
  • Sending malware, viruses, ransomware via email
  • SMS spam via hosting or server resources

Consequences of violation: immediate suspension of all services without warning and without refund. In the case of significant harm, we reserve the right to report to law enforcement.

What types of email communications are acceptable

  • Transactional emails — order confirmations, invoices, payment receipts
  • Service notifications — domain expiry reminders, system alerts
  • Newsletters — only to subscribers who gave explicit consent with an easy unsubscribe option
  • Technical notifications — maintenance alerts, security notices
📋 Requirements for permitted mailings
  • Explicit prior consent of recipients (opt-in)
  • Clear indication of the sender (name and email)
  • Clear, truthful subject line
  • Easy and working unsubscribe mechanism in each mailing
  • Postal address of the sender
  • Timely processing of unsubscribe requests (within 10 days)

Spam distribution may violate the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Telecommunications", and constitute an offense under the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Art. 363).

Identify the domain or IP Find out if the domain or IP address involved is registered through Ukrainian Domains

Send a complaint Email abuse@ukrainiandomains.com.ua with the saved message attached

We investigate Within 48 hours we investigate and take action if the violation is confirmed
